Leeson Street Gallery Store and Handling Policy 

 

Privacy, Safety and Security 

• Our online mailing list is blind carbon copied (BCC) to ensure privacy and confidentiality. All other personal details are kept confidential.

• Unless specified, no information will be kept except a contact email, and no marketing or advertising material will be sent (unless agreed to) other than notices of upcoming exhibitions.

Purchased Artworks

• If you are interested in purchasing any artworks by an individual artist, which do not appear on this website, with approval of the artist, we would be happy to email you images and pricing of a particular work.  Just let us know which artist and feel free to ask any other questions. 

• Purchase of works not displayed on this website can be negotiated by communicating with Leeson Street Gallery who will liaise  with the relevant artist.

• Once payment has been made to Leeson Street Gallery and cleared, artworks may be picked up from the Gallery, or for an additional cost, we will arrange shipping via Australia Post or courier in a post-pack box, tube or, crate. For extra large artworks, (either 2D or 3D), these can be packaged in a purpose built crate.

• We use Australia Post within Australia or their affiliated company for international shipping

• Insurance of artworks during transit is at buyer's discretion.

• All due care is taken in the handling and packing of artworks for both posting sold works and receiving artwork for exhibition.

• As sll artworks are handled with due care and protected during transit, Leeson Street Gallery accepts no liability for damage which may happen during transit. If this occurs, please contact the relevant postage service.

• Leeson Street Gallery has a no returns policy and once an artwork has been purchased and shipped, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the relevant postage service in the event that damage should occur.

 

Financial, Transactional and Legal ​

• All prices are in Australian dollars.

• Fees apply on all PayPal or banking transactions.

• Banking details are in our website under Shop. 

• We accept PayPal, MasterCard and cash for purchases.

• Shipping will be incorporated to monitor whereabouts of artwork in transition.

• All artworks appearing on this website or, exhibited at Leeson Street Gallery, including descriptions and personal information, remain the intellectual property of either Leeson Street Gallery, Peter Walker or any individual exhibiting artist.

• Works are 'All Rights Reserved' and shall not be copied or shared without the explicit permission of the individual exhibiting artist. Sold works are for display, research and education only.

• It is agreed that Leeson Street Gallery is contracted by exhibiting artists to exhibit, promote, sell, package and ready for delivery original artworks on their behalf. 

• Leeson Street Gallery commits to working in the best interests of each exhibiting artist and each artist commits unequivocally to trusting Leeson Street Gallery to act in their best interests. 

• Leeson Street Gallery reserves the right to change Prices once an exhibition has concluded.

• All artworks sold by Leeson Street Gallery are subject to Australian Law.
